Pool & Hot Tub

The pool and hot tub are open and available for your use prior to or after your treatment. 

Children

The Parkside Spa is a peaceful environment. Children aged 16 – 18 are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. In respect for our other spa guests, please do not arrange to have your children accompany you to your appointment.

Mobile Phones & Electronic Devices

In keeping with our relaxing environment, please turn off any mobile phones and/or electronic devices prior to entering the spa.

Privacy

Our professional therapists are trained in draping procedures to ensure complete privacy and will guide you through your treatment; however, for your comfort, please discuss any questions you may have with your therapist.

Cancellation & Reservation Policy

The Parkside Spa accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express or your gift certificate number to secure your reservation.

If you have a fever or any symptoms relating to COVID-19, have travelled outside of Canada within 14 days of your treatment or are caring for someone who has any symptoms, you will not be able to receive your service. We will reschedule your appointment without any cancellation charges.  We have a no-charge cancellation policy in place at this time and we ask that you to cancel your appointment in advance if you are feeling unwell. 

Gratuities are always accepted and gratefully appreciated by the therapists for great service. Industry standard is generally 15%.
